About JAM
Jamie Ann Maldonado
Founded in 2001, Jam Design Studio is the creative brainchild of Jamie Ann Maldonado. Jamie has worked in numerous facets of design to include; multifamily, hospitality, restaurant, new construction, corporate, high end residential, micro homes, and site and amenity planning.
With an Interior Design degree from Savanah College of art and Design (SCAD), and NCIDQ certification, Jamie had leveraged her knowledge of design and construction to create all-encompassing designs and architectural solutions for even the most complex projects.
Valerie Owings
Valerie Owings has been in the commercial design industry since 2010, specializing in hospitality and Multifamily spaces. She loves modern and eclectic design styles.
When she's not dreaming up new designs, she loves to cook and host dinners for her close friends and family.
Christina Perez
Christina Perez is a senior designer with 20 years of experience in a multitude of facets of interior design. She attained her degree at the Design Institute of San Diego in 2002. Since then she has designed and led hundreds of hospitality, commercial, and residential projects, including hotels, restaurants and multi family spaces. She has a vast knowledge of custom furniture, lighting and finishes. The experience she has gained in working for very large corporations and also for individual first time owners has made her very versatile.
Her passions outside of design are focused on her family
and her health.
Lauren Guerrero
Lauren Guerrero has been in the design industry since 2016, working on a variety of projects for Multifamily, Residential, Retail, and Hospitality. In addition to creating complete design packages for a variety of projects, she produces ultra realistic renderings to aid the client in visualizing a new space. With a background in Fine Art, Lauren is able to find creative solutions for any project.
Outside of her design work, she likes to create art and play games.
