Founded in 2001 by Jamie Ann Maldonado, Jam Design Studio is a hub of innovative design. Jamie's diverse experience spans multiple sectors, including multifamily housing, hospitality, restaurants, new construction, corporate spaces, luxury residential projects, micro homes, and site planning, showcasing her extensive expertise. With a degree in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and NCIDQ certification, she effectively combines her knowledge of design and construction to provide comprehensive architectural solutions for even the most complex projects. Beyond her design work Jamie serves as an industry consultant, aiding design firms and construction professionals enhancing their infrastructure, maximizing ROI, and ensuring compliance with codes and ADA requirements.
